Longtime Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce did not hold back on telling the world his first impression of fellow teammate and offensive lineman Jordan Mailata.
"If I’m being honest he looked absolutely terrible," Kelce wrote on X/Twitter. "But, he looked terrible because he had never played. The size and athleticism was obviously there, it was just a question of if it was going to click for him down the road with the techniques and fundamentals."

The Eagles drafted Mailata in the seventh round of the 2018 NFL Draft via the league's International Player Pathway Program.
Mailata, a rugby star at the time, had never played a lick of football before coming to Philly.
However, at 6-8 and 366 pounds, Mailata had the necessary physical traits and athleticism to learn how to play American football.
It took three years at "Jeff Stoutland University", but Mailata eventually earned the starting left tackle job over former first-round pick Andre Dillard.
Now, Mailata is one of the best in the NFL to ever play the position.
It's hard not to love the honesty that Kelce has been offering lately and we look forward to hearing more stories from the Eagles legend since he is officially retired and joining ESPN's Monday Night Countdown show.
